Meet the therapist!
I graduated from Siena Heights University in 2011 with a master's degree in Community Counseling. I received my full license as a Licensed Professional Counselor in 2013. I have worked in non-profits, shelters and group practices. I established Lumina Therapy in 2022 to continue to help and support my community in a meaningful and relaxed environment. I believe the relationship between therapist and client is imperative in building trust. I strive to have honest and open communication with each client. I focus on meeting you where you are and working to develop on your unique individual needs.
I currently have a therapy dog-in-training who may be present in sessions. Luna is a 1-year-old Labrador Retriever who enjoys napping and pets but is still a puppy at heart!
Outside of therapy I enjoy being at the lake, reading, puzzles and time with my family.

Individual counseling available for anyone 18 years and older in person or via telehealth
couples' therapy available for in-person only.
